French Press Coffee

EQUIPMENT

  • French press
  • Coffee grinder
  • Kitchen scale

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3.5 ounces coffee preferably whole bean
  • 24 ounces cool or room temperature not cold water

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Weigh 100 g (approx. 3.5 ounces) of coffee.
  • Weigh 700 g (approx. 24 ounces) of water. Add the coffee to the French press. Next add the water.
  • Stir. Let set for 3 min.
  • Press the plunger on the French press down pour and enjoy.
