INGREDIENTS
SALAD
- 1 cup(s) cooked quinoa, (1/3 cup uncooked)
- 1 lb Asparagus
- 2 ea Purple Endives
- 1 ea Cara Cara and/or blood oranges, sliced
- 1 cup(s) Lindsay® California Naturals Green Ripe Olives
- 4 cup(s) Microgreens
- 1/2 cup(s) Feta Cheese
DRESSING
- 1/3 cup(s) Tahini
- 1/3 cup(s) Water
- 1/4 cup(s) Lemon Juice
- 2 ea Garlic Cloves, Chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar, optional

Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons medium roast coffee grounds
- 64 ounces water
- 1-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Optional Additions
- Steamed milk
- Turbinado sugar
- Whipped Cream
- Cinnamon sticks
Large Batch Cold Brew Recipe

Things you will Need
- 5 lbs. of coffee beans
- 3.5 gallons of water
Cold Brew Coffee Equipment
- 1 22-quart container
- Chinois strainer
- Cheesecloth
Grind your coffee beans they should be Your ground beans should be chunky.
Next place your coffee grounds in a 22 quart container add 3.5 gallons of water and stir. Let set for about 18 hours.

Now it is time to pour your mixer into another container while using the cheese cloth to strain it. You may want to strain it twice. Now refrigerate and enjoy with your favorite cold brew blend.
